Hassan Oriental Rug Gallery is located in Hanover, Massachusetts,
20 miles south of Boston on the way to Cape Cod. The gallery is a one-minute ride from the highway exit (route-3 exit 13) and has plenty of parking, making shopping at Hassan's hassle free.

The intimate gallery is owned and operated by Richard Hassan. Richard traces his roots back to al-Fakihah, Lebanon where members of his family were rug weavers. He started in the business as a rug repairer with the dream of someday having his own rug gallery - a dream that has been fully realized. Hassan Oriental Rug Gallery will celebrate its 20th anniversary in October 2009.

At Hassan’s you will never see soulless run of the mill orientals. The gallery specializes in antique, semi-antique and new natural dyed, hand spun wool rugs of special merit. Each piece is personally selected by Richard. All the old rugs originate from New England estates and are purchased locally. The new natural dyed rugs are one of a kind pieces which seek to capture the special qualities that only antique masterworks have previously possessed.
